My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The beautifully decorated room faced a dark courtyard, lacking sunlight, and the small balcony was more suitable for smoking than enjoying a view. However, the service was exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff going above and beyond, even offering discounted parking. The location couldn't be better, conveniently close to major landmarks and subway stations. The dining options, although limited, were found to be quite good at a nearby cafe. I had a nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were decently sized for New York City, with a nice layout, but unfortunately, they were not easy to cool down during my stay. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many sights and in the heart of Manhattan.
